Because our events and classes require advance planning and supply purchases, all sales are final.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may be transferred to a future class or event (one-time courtesy). You could also but you can transfer your ticket to this class/event to someone else! 

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but you could transfer your ticket to someone else! Just call us and let us know of the change please! 330-234-9875 If we are able to fill your spot, we will issue half of your ticket price as credit. 

• If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit — your choice.

 • No-shows who have not called are considered a used seat and are not eligible for refund or credit. (Don’t be a no show! Call us!)

Cancellation Credit Clause

Cancellation credits are offered at our discretion and only if your spot is able to be filled by another participant.

• To be eligible for possible store credit, you must notify us of your cancellation within 48 hoursbefore the event start time.
• Store credit will be issued only if your vacated spot is resold.
• Credits are limited and may be subject to availability.
• No cash refunds will be given.

Arriving

Please arrive on time for your scheduled class or event.
Doors will open 10–15 minutes before the start time unless otherwise noted.

Late arrivals may miss important instructions and may not be able to fully complete the project. We are unable to extend class time for late arrivals.

Departures

We ask that participants remain for the full duration of the class or event.
Early departures may not be eligible for refunds or credits. If you need to leave early, please let us know in advance so we can assist with a smooth exit.

Please plan to leave promptly at the scheduled end time of your class or event.

We schedule time between sessions for cleanup and preparation and are not able to extend event time.

Check event description! For most events, no special skills or supplies needed!
If your session involves a digital project, please bring a laptop or tablet and charger. We’ll have everything else ready when you arrive.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Creative activities can be messy. Please dress accordingly. We are not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings.

We welcome participants of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. We ask that everyone treat each other with kindness and respect.

For events, participants under age 13 must be accompanied by a registered adult for the duration of the event. See event description for additional information.

For private party rentals, an adult 18+ must be present for the duration of the party.

Outside food and beverages are permitted.
Food and drinks must be kept away from project areas unless otherwise noted.

Alcohol, Smoking & Vaping Policy

Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who appears intoxicated or whose behavior disrupts the event. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

By attending our events, you may be photographed or recorded for promotional and social media purposes.

If you prefer not to be included in photos or videos, please let us know at check-in and we will gladly respect your request.

Please be respectful when taking and sharing photos of others.
